Are your pieces limited?
Yes. Each FBnC release is produced in strictly limited quantities. Once a piece is sold out, it will not be restocked.
Are the garments made to order?
Yes. Every item is made to order in my atelier. This allows me to focus on quality, detail, and intentional production.
How long does production take?
Production times may vary depending on demand. Estimated production time will always be stated on the product page.
Can I return my item?
Yes. Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.
What if my item doesn’t fit?
I recommend checking my size guide carefully before ordering. If the fit isn’t right, you can request an exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at Hello@iamfbnc.com. I will review the issue and provide a solution.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Depending on your location, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Where are FBnC products made?
All pieces are handmade in my atelier in the Netherlands.
